Develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes digital acquisition strategies/email marketing campaigns (including SEO/SEM, click-through campaigns, paid search, display/banner ads, mobile/performance based social media campaigns, etc.) to reach ROI goals. Drives actions and KPIs around search, engagement, advocacy and pipeline/conversions. Provides analysis to demonstrate value of digital platforms/channels and success of digital/social media campaigns. Manages, maintains, and optimizes website and all digital channels to increase brand communication, penetration levels on new/existing accounts, and reach growth targets.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor Degree in a related field of study. Advanced proficiency in utilizing industry tools, analytics packages, and social media outlets (such as Google/email/web analytics; Facebook Ad/Business Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, DoubleClick, CRM, MCIF, marketing automation platforms, etc.) is required. Must have ability to influence others, maintain high regard to detail, and have excellent time/project management, intrinsic motivation, leadership, and communication skills.
