  • We are searching for a strong Marketing Communications Manager to support various projects and tasks for the Packaging division. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who is deadline-driven and extremely detail-oriented to drive projects from start to finish. The Marketing Communications Manager will work cross functionally throughout the division and the company and will coordinate with team members across the globe. You must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of projects and effectively work from home or the office.

    TheRole of Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for:

    • Helping teams develop the rightcommunicationsstrategy to support growth programs, including defining a message, specifying the intended audience, selecting the right timing and channels, identifying and monitoring metrics, etc.

    • Promoting and driving visibility of the organization as a preferred collaboration partner in target ecosystems

    • Generating compelling content (copy, presentations, graphics, videos, web content, etc.) in support of internal and external messaging campaigns

    • Managing the events calendar and collaboration with corporatemarketingon external tradeshows and conferences

    • Providing support for executive meetings and presentations

    • Developing, coordinating and implementing ongoing sales support including; yearly sales training, and customer presentation development

    • Providing support to Kalispell site activities including; quarterly meeting management, internal and external communication or PR,and employee events

    • Being a strong resource for others in the group on business and collaboration software like; Microsoft Teams, SmartSheet, Workboard, Highspot, and ~~~ Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 5+ years work experience in the field ofmarketingcommunications, preferably in a high-tech industry

    • Past history of creating an organizational impact through effective communication initiatives

    • Highly collaborative and professional; able to work effectively across multiple functions, organizations and throughout the management structure including C-level executives

    • Proven ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong PowerPoint skills to drive effective communication

    • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
