We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for managing data analytics and making data driven suggestions to improve client quality and reduce unnecessary losses of client revenue within the post-secondary education market. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day marketing activities, including marketing reports, data analysis, and project coordination Retrieve and deliver requested call recordings from our servers to the client servers Perform analysis of client metrics and KPIs with the goal of improving the quantity and quality of leads generated Formulate data driven strategies and solutions to achieve client and partner KPIs Interface with clients and resolve straightforward support requests Provide end-user training and support Marketing Channel Managers Organize and maintain client services contracts, insertion order, and monthly client allocation updates Update company database with changes in customer and vendor accounts. Act as the glue between the marketing, client services, technology, and operations teams Track sales goals and generate sales reports. Management of campaigns build outs and updates, and address any potential challenges with campaigns Perform daily analysis of rejections with a goal of reducing real time and end of the month rejections Work closely with Account Managers to achieve project deliveries Identify additional business opportunities through data analysis Work with Client Services to gather all final client billables and serve to Finance for invoicing Monitor and optimize traffic and lead quality Configure client and lead allocation fulfillment Provide data driven projections and forecasting to the Client Services team Lead and manage the operations team for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of all lead generation campaigns Develop optimization plans to address specific client needs Design dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings across all levels of the business and to provide data access Track fulfillment of lead allocation for each client Track month over month increases in allocation and fulfillment Activate and pause campaigns utlizing our internal lead management system Load allocation in to our internal lead management system at the end of every month Keep track of allocation received and their totals to report Analyze vendor return rates Analyze client return rates Tie in subids to the quality received from each client Qualifications: BA/BS degree required 2 years + experience in support and administration MUST be able to perform pivot tables and vlookups within excel Working knowledge of HTML a big plus Business sense/knowledge and experience is must Meticulous and detail-oriented Team player who works well under pressure Possess a W.I.N. (Whatever Is Necessary) attitude Avid reader and follower of personal development books and videos is a huge plus Top-notch verbal and communication skills Very analytical and ready to learn as much as possible about marketing, client services, operations, social media, and digital marketing as a whole This position offers a competitive base salary, bonus program, and other comprehensive benefits.
