    Job Description:

    The Marketing Analyst, Partner Programs will be responsible for actively ensuring the development and execution of consistent communication, programs, and tools to our customer base. In addition, the Analyst is responsible for developing new business tools (literature, displays, collateral) and the management of certain existing GAF vendors. Finally, the Marketing Analyst should be able to learn and adopt an agile mindset.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    40% - Research, Plan, and Develop tools and solutions for our customer base

    • Assist in the evaluation of market channels to determine GAFs opportunity

    • Manage key projects from conception to completion

    • Assist in organizing work and scheduling teams

    • Maintain backlog and identify future tasks

    • Support in the development of presentations and executive updates

    • Ensure strong communication between GAF and related 3rd parties

    • Assist in the development of business cases as needed

    • Be able to communicate status, goals, and objectives of all relevant projects effectively to Senior Leadership

    40% - Program Development and Ongoing Program Management

    • Assist in analysis of evolving customer needs and segments

    • Develop surveys to obtain market feedback and analyze results

    • Manage existing vendors and the sourcing of new vendor programs - Plan, Develop, and Design the joint marketing efforts with vendors such as Campaigns, Communication Strategy, and Reporting

    • Work closely with the digital integrated marketing team to execute communication strategies

    • Understanding of the various vendor partners and how they help differentiate GAF

    • Organizing and reporting the results of programs, vendors, and campaigns

    • Assist as needed on other corporate initiatives

    20% - Corporate Program Support

    • Support of special events such as GAF Expos and Conferences

    • Be available for special projects, including research opportunities

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS (entry, intermediate, advanced):

    • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite

    • Intermediate experience with product management software such as Trello, Jira

    • Entry level experience with content and marketing automation platforms

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS (entry, intermediate, advanced):

    • Entry level understanding of Marketing Channels

    • Entry level market knowledge, able to understand residential and commercial construction industry

    • Entry level negotiation skills

    • Intermediate writing skills

    • Intermediate presentation skills, particularly with building presentations for others to use

    • Intermediate Project management skills

    REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's Degree Required

    • 2-5 years of experience in business or related field
