  • Position Overview:

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing CBH’s marketing strategy for social media and brand journalism and lead all digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion (idea, strategy, and implementation). In addition, this position will manage CBH’s social media presence and brand journalism research and writing as well as produce creative marketing content to engage members, providers, and stakeholders through our online and social media platforms.

    Essential Functions

    • Develop content strategy and drive cohesive campaigns across multiple digital platforms and touchpoints
    • Ensure social media presence is progressive and connected with the target audience through compelling and purposeful content placement
    • Manage the CBH News page, including editorial planning and production and development of an editorial calendar
    • Research to identify new content areas and current, best practice digital strategies and online platforms
    • Analyze online statistics and campaign effectiveness across different channels and determine the best methods to optimize online marketing performance
    • Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns and respond to specific needs, including monitoring social channels to further conversations to help resolve issues or provide resources
    • Work with other team members to create synergy among social media assets, other digital touchpoints, and hard copy materials
    • Assists with general copywriting needs and collaboration in the creation of content for all marketing channels, including emails, news site, social media, marketing materials, and website

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, Master’s degree a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in content or digital marketing, public relations, or communications
    • Experience in social media/digital community management
    • SEO or SEM experience
    • Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content
    • Graphic design knowledge
    • Google certification a plus
