    Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Content Creator for our Golden Valley, MN location.

    -Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship

    -Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance

    -Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position

    -Travel Required: Some travel required - 20%

    YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

    -Creating and developing on-going Physics based curricula to meet the needs of our workforce both in the development of product and successful execution on the production floor

    -Collaborating with physicists, engineers, and R&D to funnel and filter critical information into succinct, digestible curricula at multiple learning levels (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced)

    -Developing learning benchmarks and metrics to determine employees' knowledge of curriculum and success in their role

    -Helping to design and develop efficient classroom and lab space in multiple locations

    -Evaluating feedback from scientists, engineers, R & D, and employees going through the Learning Academy and refining the curricula and learning processes

    US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

    Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 8 years teaching or curriculum building experience in Physics or Engineering. Teaching must be at the Honors/AP/IB high school or collegiate level.

    • U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering

    • Ph. D or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering

    • Experience working with controlling thermal, magnetic, and vibrational environments

    • Interest in learning about the science of education and content delivery

    • Ability to synthesize, analyze, and organize extremely complex scientific material into digestible lessons for various learning levels

    • Ability to develop relationships and move initiatives forward

    • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
