Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeking energetic, growth-oriented Community Relations Specialist
Position Summary:
The Community Relations Specialist performs tasks related to the marketing, provider relations, social media, corporate communications, and community outreach operations of Makovicka Physical Therapy.
Essential Functions:
- Promote, coordinate and track employee involvement in community and marketing activities, such as health fairs and community volunteer projects.
- Maintain sponsorship and donation spreadsheet of in-kind donations.
- Create and distribute monthly employee newsletters.
- Create, coordinate and schedule daily social media posts on Makovicka Physical Therapy's social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update staff, services, and clinic locations on Makovicka Physical Therapy website.
- Evaluate and maintain inventory of marketing giveaways and brochures; place orders as needed.
- Work with marketing/company store representative to keep online product offerings updated.
- Assist Director of Corporate Development with mailings and monthly deliveries to provider offices in communities.
- Assist Director of Corporate Development with weekly visit and eval statistics; produce periodic reports.
- Review and evaluate Referral Source marketing statistics; produce quarterly reports.
- Track social media and website analytics and produce periodic reports.
- Take photos and videos of staff in clinics and at events. Maintain in SharePoint folders.
- Assist with event planning and execution as needed.
- Coordinate employee contests and clinic collection drives.
- Conducts self in accordance with Makovicka Physical Therapy's employee manual.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
