Web Content Support Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

Web Content Support Specialist
Must be: Bilingual Spanish/English
experience utilizing HTML, CSS XML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and content management systems (we utilize Documentum) is highly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English web communications professional to join their growing team. The overall goal of this position is to positively promote company's Latin America's brand image as an innovative technology company, as well as increase brand visibility and strength in a global market by utilizing web technologies.
Content management responsibility (creating and/or acquiring content for the company website, and other online communications media)
Web content management coordination
Coordination & creation of project plans (creation, development, monitor timelines)
Responsibilities:
Assist with content management duties such as: contents uploads, new stock graphics, new header-bars, new navigation buttons, or new icons
Content design (the actual writing on the pages, as well as the design of any other media types used to communicate content as opposed to site interaction)
Constant interaction with web developers/designers to assess any technical challenges in providing or displaying content.
Collaborate with IT in implementing new tools and technologies to better deliver content
Perform regular reviews of the company website to ensure content accuracy, timeliness and relevance.
Archive and backup content as needed.
Coordinate language translations (English – Spanish – Portuguese).
Manage and update web content using Documentum CMS and HTML page creation/editing.
Utilize Photoshop for image preparation.
Work with other company division to ensure pages are tagged properly for keywords.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of Web content support and deisign experience working in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience utilizing HTML, CSS XML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and content management systems (we utilize Documentum) is highly preferred.
Additionally, we are seeking someone who has utilized or has working knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Web trends, SEO/SEM
