Divisional Vice President Retail Integration (Financial Marketing) This position requires a seasoned relationship-builder and financial services professional with fresh vision and the ability to get things done in a large matrixed organization. The role of Divisional Vice President Retail Integration provides the opportunity to transform the use of our proprietary financing and payments products within SHCs hardlines businesses. The Director will manage relationships with the Home Appliance, Lawn & Garden, Tools, Home Services and other business units at Sears Holdings. Working with these businesses you'll develop promotions that leverage SHCs financing and payment products. The goal is to increase both merchandise sales and the proportion of those sales facilitated by SHCs financing and payment products. Responsible for the development of promotional strategy, business case, offer implementation and execution. Additionally the DVP will Deliver the Sears Financial Services sales plan for each of the above BUs for the following Financial Services products: Sears card, Layaway, Gift Card, and Christmas Club Card. Develop innovative strategies to deliver a superior customer experience and enhanced retail value to consumers who use SHCs financing and payment products in our hardlines businesses. These strategies will cross multiple formats, marketing channels and customer touch points. The DVP Retail Integration role comprises four critical areas of responsibility: 1) Relationship Management. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within SHCs hardlines business units (BUs). The person in this role should be viewed as a strategic member of the team by these BUs. 2) Promotional Integration. Integrate Financial Services products into the BUs promotional and marketing calendars 3) Value Proposition Enhancement. Improve the value proposition of SHCs financing and payment products for customers of these BUs 4) Innovation. Continuously identify new ways for Financial Services to help improve each BUs business performance, thereby improving Financial Services performance. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED MINIMUM of 15 years of relevant relationship management and marketing experience in a financial services environment required Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Must be adept at forging and nurturing relationships across business lines and companies. Analytical approach to problem solving. Strong quantitative skills. Must be facile with decomposing business performance to identify risks and opportunities. Must have demonstrated capacity to build and sell business cases.
