Position Summary:
Our VP Healthcare Sales Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Must demonstrate a previous personal sales quota of $15-20M ACV deals. Identifying, developing and cultivating new and targeted business opportunities within the Healthcare payer vertical.
Use existing payer contacts or develop new contacts to generate outsourcing opportunities with- in the payer industry
Proven and referencible outsourcing sales and deal closure experience
Experience and successful track record with managing an entire deal cycle from inception to the closure with understanding and focus on defining buyer values, value proposition, win themes and pricing and win strategies
Identify and create viable marketing and sales strategy in the Healthcare Payer side markets. Provide direction on the achievable market penetration and demonstrated the expertise in taking the entire sale through the RFP stage; understand bottom line pricing and create key sales/pricing strategy for solutions. These results will come from a consultative solution and value proposition approach and the ideal candidate will have rich domain experience within BPO Global Market.
In order to deliver the quota and results TeleTech is achieving, this individual must possess deep knowledge with the insurance - payer side of the business and must understand member calls/provider and claim eligibility as well as care management.
Work with cross-functional team to drive the overall creation of programs for individual clients. Support, prospect and build relationships with customers to create opportunities for response to proposals. Contribute to generation and solution creation for select engagements and build relationships with the customer to understand needs and effectively close new deals for TeleTech.
Work with finance cross-functional and cross-cultural team to drive the overall creation of large and very complex deals for individual clients.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience needed
