Consumer Marketing
Responsible for leading sales and marketing activity to deliver budgeted subscriber growth. Help reverse subscriber losses while helping position Comcast as the leading cable, internet and voice provider in the Houston market. Create and execute local Hispanic marketing plans. Develop marketing tactics targeting key customer segments and help increase customer retention. Closely monitor and report on all competitive activity and work with Division to build competitive response plans to maintain market share. Develop and refine competitive win back programs. Provide input to Division on local media buying, planning and creative execution for radio, television and direct mail. Establish channel sales goals and work with the Division on the most effective spending of marketing funds. Develop pricing guidelines that are competitive and still maintain the overall financial goals of the region. Lead the introduction of new products and services into the market. Develop the overall Direct Sales targets and lead the Direct Sales channel activity for the Houston Region. Work closely with Division marketing group to ensure all sales goals are accurately reported and achieved. Assist with setting goals for inbound sales and help establish benchmarks for retention, upgrade and all product close rates.
