Make an impact and expand your career! Executive leadership opportunity for product marketing leader Boston Scientific - Electrophysiology - San Jose, CA. Join our newly energized CRV division (Cardiac, Rhythm, Vascular). This leadership position will report directly to the Division General Manager of BSC Electrophysiology. This position has supervisory responsibility for all of Downstream Marketing. Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of a global marketing strategy, hiring and managing a marketing team, and providing marketing services that include product launch, product life cycle planning, pricing, advertising, professional relations, and all other responsibilities on a global basis. Participates in planning for growth from internal product development as well as identifying growth opportunities from external sources. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSCs Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented. Leads, manages and directs all marketing efforts for all EP product lines and derivatives on a global basis. Develops and manages the execution of EP's global marketing team, comprising all market segment managers, marketing communications and administrative support staff. Develops, implements, and manages all marketing services, including product launch activities, product life cycle management, pricing, advertising and communications, professional relations, and other marketing related responsibilities, world-wide. Balances and manages the various markets in which EP competes, that provide the basis for competing effectively. Drive divisional revenue planning in collaboration with global sales leades. Serves as a member of the EP management team and communicate effectively across division lines throughout the organization. Develops proactive communication with customers, particularly opinion-leaders in the field, and communicates customer expectations to all functional lines within the EP organization; anticipates customer requirements. Provides well-defined, rigorous marketing management, including careful, well-calibrated project management that provides for accurate forecasting of the time and cost of product development at every level. Attracts, trains, and motivates talented and productive professional marketing and support staff. Position Qualifications Minimum education: Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related field is required. Masters Degree in business with a marketing focus is preferred. Minimum experience: 10 years progressive marketing of medical technology, with at least five years experience in a leadership role.
