We are looking for an energetic senior marketing leader. This position is responsible for the overall direction of marketing including the development and execution of marketing strategy, brand positioning, sales support and public relations. The marketing leader will join and actively support a management team focused on aggressive and profitable growth.
The Director of Marketing will plan, develop and oversee marketing initiatives through their leadership of positioning, direct marketing, social media, communication and all other aspects of marketing. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be strong in their knowledge of food and management or other outsourcing services provided in the healthcare industry, as well as being able to be both strategic and tactual in their approach to brand positioning. The ideal candidate must possess a partnership mentality with a high level of integrity and enthusiasm, tenacity, passion, drive, motivation and unparalleled work ethic. Requirements:
? Creates the annual marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and utilizes measurable metrics to determine effectiveness ? Develops strategies for generating sales leads and effectively transitions those leads to the appropriate sales leader ? Conducts in-depth evaluation of key competitors offerings and market positioning relative to the needs of potential customers and trends ? Directs and recommends the Company?s public relation strategies; acts as liaison with press and outside media ? Plans, executes and oversees the annual marketing budget ? Develops and directs all activities related to participation in industry trade shows ? Provides continuous analysis of market trends in the food service management industry including customer requirements, competitive strategy and identification of opportunities for increasing customer value through differentiation ? Serves as the marketing leader, driving the marketing strategy to support aggressive growth of the business ? Develops and directs interactive marketing strategy to penetrate new business segments; directs all activities surrounding the company website and recommends emarketing venues to support recruiting activity. ? Responsible for the creation of all sales collateral and marketing communications material
Qualifications:
B.A. /B.S. degree required preferably in marketing, management or hospitality. An MBA is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience in a marketing management role with food service management, hospitality, healthcare or other outsourced services environments is required. Must be computer savvy with expertise in all Microsoft Office products as well as have experience in the applications of .
Strong decision-making ability and a demonstrated ability to work and deliver results is necessary.
A solid background in positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence and marketing communication including collateral development, PR and web communication is required for the successful candidate.
