The Vice President is responsible for contributing and supporting local market client relationships and will work in conjunction with the local office team to build our Los Angeles market presence.
Business Management
Develop an annual financial plan and achieve set revenue, expense, operating margin and profit objectives
Identify, establish and grow a personal revenue stream
Develop relationships with existing clients to ensure that clients fully understand the benefits of our service capabilities
Support the growth of this office through thought leadership, solutions, recruiting, marketing and knowledge management
Maintain a highly credible and visible presence and be viewed as a market leader
Lead by example and immediately take high impact client-facing role(s) with a target of 40%-60% utilization for first year
Strategy
Create, deliver and ensure consistent strategic direction with North Highland’s overall strategy in order to deliver growth targets
Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue in the Los Angeles market
Develop a strategy to work with our international Networks and collaborate with our other North Highland offices.
Revenue Generation
Source (new clients), develop, establish and maintain a revenue goal between $2M to $5M, specifically working toward driving $4M in revenue in the Los Angeles Financial Services market in the first 18 months
Source (existing clients), generate and maintain a revenue goal between $2M to $4M, specifically working towards driving $3M in revenue in the Los Angeles Financial Services market in the first 18 months
Proven ability to target new client relationships
Proven ability to be hands on with account teams
Generate 4 -5 potential client meetings each week to generate new business
Quality Delivery
Ensure that quality standards are set, understood and monitored across the region so that all client engagements are delivered to the highest standard
Ensure that all functions and individuals responsible for client delivery are performing at the highest standards
Maintain significant key client contact to ensure the quality of project delivery
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain senior client relationships to enhance growth opportunities
Represent North Highland throughout the Los Angeles community as part of marketing efforts
Develop and grow a front-end capability that can sustain the planned revenue growth
Experience Required
Minimum 12+ yrs recent experience in a management role in a “Big 4” or local boutique consulting services firm
In depth experience and strong network within Financial Services industry in the Los Angeles area. Additional industries could cover the following:

Significant experience in leading teams to deliver and sell complex service offerings
Record of accomplishment that demonstrates the ability to sell, deliver and maintain client relationships that continuously generates an on-going stream of revenue within the Los Angeles market
Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or business related discipline. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous but not required.
