Traffic Coordinator
- Maintain the accuracy of spot placement and separation on the log. Will front load each week in an effort to maximize the inventory to ensure no inventory goes unsold. Responsible for working displaced spot inventory on current logs - Finalize and send logs to Houston through the LDA system - Check Supplier/TeamTime against the rundown as provided by the teams to ensure proper placement of copy. Check Material ID on the shows prior to logs being finalized to ensure they match with Originations in Scheduall - Notify traffic and sales management of inventories that become available at the last minute with the purpose of providing sales with the opportunity to fill the open time - Monitor log and spot variances and, work with traffic and sales management to resolve conflicts - Review daily discrepancy reports - Backup for traffic operations staff and other projects as needed by Traffic Manager
