Overview:
The Traffic Coordinator works closely with the Merchant and Marketing organizations and the Creative team to deliver online marketing campaigns and projects. The Traffic Coordinator maintains, coordinates and expedites Marketing projects, ensuring all deadlines are met by the scheduled due dates.
Key Accountabilities:
Work directly with the Marketing and Creative teams to coordinate and manage projects such as homepages, emails, category pages, banners and search assets.
Direct and monitor all project turn-ins to ensure all the proper documents and information are submitted and turned in on time.
Expedite projects to Marketing and Merchants for review, revision and approvals.
Oversee and maintain scheduled deadlines.
Assist in weekly production meetings.
Maintain records and update project reports.
Utilizs content management system for information submission.
Manage revisions and Creative changes.
Skills Summary:
2-4 years of traffic experience in an internet, retail, marketing or advertising environment is required.
Understanding of technologies as applied to the Internet, a working knowledge of Macintosh and experience with database tools is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications or Computer Science is required.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately manage multiple requests.
