Territory Sales Manager -Golf

Our Company's Golf Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:




- Optimizing revenues, profit and market share for the assigned geography
- Providing leadership that develops people and improves business execution by increasing the business planning and account management skills of the Sales Representatives in the assigned territory.
- Understanding and participatimg in a consultative and strategic approach in managing and directing large regional customers, in the analysis, planning and execution of Account Business Plans.
- Establishing and developing account relationships.
- Cultivating relationships with key retailer personnel, e.g. GMM's, DMM's, buyers, operations personnel in order to influence and execute our company's strategic direction with these accounts.
- Scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives (internal marketing campaign), business analysis, opportunity identification, retailer mission (aligning retailer/our company's goals) and account profitability analysis for the assigned geography.
- Developing and managing sales team budget, which may include: office operations, showroom expenses, samples, Rep T&E and other operational costs.
- Maintaining a strong communication link to all areas of the Region Account Team and Corporate Management.
- Working within the our company's matrix, at all levels, to positively impact the Territory's business (e.g. sales and product management, credit, customer service, operations, HR, logistics). Work with these groups to identify opportunities, acquire and leverage resources to execute business objectives.
