Technical Sales Manager, Waste Water Disinfection

In this new position you will showcase your sales and leadership abilities as you drive a new and growing line of business within a global S&P 500 leader. We are taking VigorOx Liquid Sanitizer and Disinfectants -- environmentally friendly paracetic acids -- into the North American municipal waste water disinfection market, where regulatory agencies are phasing out the use of harsh chlorine-based products. You'll lead a cross-functional team encompassing Product & Applications Technology, Technical Service & Engineering, and outside consulting resources to pursue growth targets of 30% year over year for the next few years. This is just one of many focused expansion strategies in FMC, and we are looking for leaders to grow with us.

We're looking for a strong, independent self-starter with solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to manage by influence. In addition, to be a good fit for this opportunity you will have demonstrated strong sales skills and a track record of sales growth and new account development, including the ability to network across the industry with all the stakeholders. You also will need significant field sales and/or technical service experience in the waste water industry, as well as knowledge of waste water treatment operations and chemistry particularly related to disinfection technology. An established network of contacts in the waste water treatment industry is strongly preferred.
