Summer Intern - Telecommuting Productivity
Job Descriptions: Project Description: Intern will be responsible for reviewing performance management data at the employee level for all existing telecommuters (excluding pilot participants).
Compare performance reviews to non-telecommuters quantitatively and qualitatively.
Intern will also review existing artifacts commonalities of outputs.
Review calibration data for a minimum of two years. Intern will identify common threads to successful telecommuters and possible traits that can be used for future telecommuting arrangements.
Confirm or challenge common assumptions about telecommuters. Required Experience: Competencies and Attributes Required: Initiative Research Skills Analytical Thinking Oral and Written Communication Intermediate use of MS Office Experience in presentation and interviewing.
