Store Systems Coordinator
The Store Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical needs day-to-day for all retail store locations across the U.S. The position has evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
Install and disassembly of hardware Stage, train, and prepare new store hardware, including managing third party wiring and installation support Test software enhancements provided by vendors in POS lab and when required Pilot store Manage delivery and rollout of software enhancements and upgrades Work closely with POS helpdesk (Micros-Retail) and hardware vendors (Verifone, Dell) to improve service to users, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiencies Monitor support calls to ensure timely response to stores Verify daily sales and inventory file movement between POS and merchandising system (Epicor, RIQ) and troubleshoot issues
