Sr Manager, Global NPS Team
This role will be responsible for analyzing NPS insights, and the reporting of actions out to the business, with heavy stakeholder involvement to define business requirements together, share insights and analysis, and ensure that the NPS content is meeting the needs of our key stakeholders. To accomplish this, the role will also carry responsibilities for oversight and controls, process integrity, standard corporate reporting of NPS content. The ability to influence across the organization at all levels is a requirement.
As we further define our approach to using NPS within eBay, this person will also assist in the methodology development and execution, survey vendor management, customer research sampling plans, contact policy compliance/coordination with other groups, root cause analysis, and other uses of data to provide the business with actionable insights from a holistic, end to end, customer view.
To help operationalize NPS within the business, the role will be supporting/leading line teams in addressing key improvement opportunities, delivering tangible impact (via Kano analyses and other customer insights, custom NPS views for individual business owners, making NPS relevant at the specialized level, embedding in business work streams.)
