Sr. Global Integrated Marketing Manager
The Sr. Global Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the global integrated marketing strategies that will elevate the value and expansion of the Belkin brand. This will include, launch strategies, planning and execution, consumer insight analysis, and the on-going marketing of our growing portfolio of consumer electronic products.
This position will function as a marketing generalist, but must have in-depth knowledge of every facet within marketing in order to successfully execute an integrated marketing strategy. The Sr. Global Integrated Marketing Manager must have a solid understanding of branding, packaging, promotions, interactive marketing, product distribution/merchandising/channel strategy, tradeshows & events, advertising, direct mail, market research, public relations and creative design. Specifically, this position will:
Specific Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to think both creatively and strategically. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of planning and executing innovative and integrated marketing communication plans. Most importantly the position demands a high level of execution, therefore, the ideal individual must be detail-oriented, highly organized, have the ability to multi-task and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for an individual that seeks out challenges and sees them through and who can execute under pressure. The candidate will be a leader and hands-on team-player that can take on Goliath and have fun while doing it. In addition, we are seeking an individual that must thoroughly understand the complexities of consumer sales, marketing and customer service.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of consumer marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, consumer electronics, media or consulting industry
Passion for brands and understanding of consumer trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; extensive experience writing creative briefs
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Must have strong MicroSoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS), MBA a plus

Drive the creation and execution of integrated strategic marketing plans for use in all geographic markets (ie. North America, Asia, Europe, etc.)
Lead marketing launch plans for a variety of products and maintain the brand through the product life cycle
Drive best-in-class positioning and messaging for all communications projects, including but not limited to: retail packaging, in-store merchandising, advertising, web content, launch kits and more.
Manage cross-functional teams to produce and deploy creative materials including: Marketing, Product Management, Graphic Design, Web, Consumer Insights, Sales, Trade shows and PR
Work with the interactive marketing team to drive traffic to the company’s website, execute online promotions and partnerships to help grow Belkin’s online presence
Analyze consumer insight data to determine market/consumer trends in order to develop global marketing plans
Calculate pricing guidelines for products and recommend cost effective and efficient use of funds
Drive pro-active and consistent communication about Marketing initiatives, materials and messaging with counterparts in all global offices
