We are currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional to join our dynamic and growing Fraud Product Marketing team located in NYC.
Responsibilities
Create, author and maintain sales and marketing materials (product literature, datasheets, sales tools and presentations, whitepapers, industry articles, and more).
Work closely with Product Management to develop messaging, positioning, and content for new product launches and product initiatives.
Support knowledge share initiatives by coordinating product and business training programs for Sales, Pre-Sales, and other customer facing teams.
Gather and manage competitive and market information and disseminate to sales teams worldwide.
Interface with clients pre and post sale - up to 80% travel
Qualifications
Must Haves
4-6 years in product marketing/collateral writing for technology-based solutions
Proven success in marketing complex technology solutions to business users, not IT
Proven ability to quickly and deeply learn new technologies and clearly communicate their value proposition
Excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects, events and activities
Knowledge of the financial services sector, retail and commercial banking and payments
Nice to Haves
Understanding of, and experience working with, international markets such as EU and APAC desirable
European language(s)
Experience in fraud management
