Position based in Tempe, AZ (Direct Alliance Corporation)
Position Summary:
This role is a quantitative analysis and leadership role supporting existing client programs, pursuit of new business opportunities and analytics product development. This position advises and provides consultation to clients and internal management on the application and usage of database marketing strategies including presenting quantitative analyses and business recommendations to improve sales and marketing performance and ROI. Furthermore, this position is responsible for the interpretation of the data, making recommendations where appropriate, enhancing DAC/client relationships and identifying potential opportunities within current client programs. This position gives direction, advises and assures the quality of analytics work provided to external and internal clients.
This position is responsible for thought leadership in multi-channel marketing analytics, leading the design of analytics methodologies, models and testing strategies. This position is responsible for being knowledgeable of new technology and services pertaining to analytics (e.g. software, tools, list sources, services, etc.), creating effective processes and eliminating unnecessary costs. This position has the authority to hire, train, manage and develop staff within the Analytics department. This position requires exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Our Senior Director of Analytics will require:
15 years combined business leadership experience
5 years consulting experience
5 years director-level leadership experience
5 years leading a team of analytics model developers, business analysts and marketing professionals
5 years experience providing strategy and analysis for direct marketing channels including sales channels, contact centers, email, web, social
5 years experience working in and supervising team's work in SQL, SPSS, SAS, KXEN
Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or related field
