Overview :
Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems. A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge.

Skills Summary :
5 years of analysis and development experience in a large scale corporate environment.
3 years of experience with Business Objects universe design and report development.
3 years of experience with Business Objects report design, development and trouble shooting.
3 years SQL development.
2 years of Teradata development.
Experience with Business Objects v3.1.
Candidate should demonstrate: Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong communication (verbal and written) and listening skills. Strong teamwork, planning and coordination skills. Self-motivation, adaptability and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to work effectively with minimal direction. A full understanding of the development life cycle, including Quality Assurance requirements. Ability to independently research and resolve difficult technical problems in a complex IT environment with local and remote groups.
Additional Desired Experience :
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
Experience with Microsoft SSIS/SSRS technologies.
Experience with IBM DB2 and UDB database technologies.
Unix scripting.
Experience with a source management tools such as Clear Case.
