We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Manager in is available in one of the following locations: St. Louis, MO; San Francisco, CA; Glendale, CA; Tucker, GA; Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities

• Lead large groups comprised of business, IT and vendor stakeholders in gathering and defining business/system requirements for large, complex, cross functional projects that directly align with the business' key priorities and support IT strategies around CRM.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to lead client organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of CRM systems and business process improvements.
• Manage UAT activities to ensure quality implementations. Develop and execute test scenarios/scripts to perform end-to-end testing to validate project deliverables against business requirements. Capture test results (expected vs. actual) and mitigate open issues prior to project implementations. Manage and facilitate business user acceptance activities.
• Complete assigned projects to completion through coordination of business stakeholders and all IT functions, organizations and vendors against project schedules and milestones.
• Provide continued critical path analysis and issue/jeopardy identification and mitigation during all stages of a project's life cycle. Communicate clearly and concisely all aspects of a project's status, schedule, jeopardizes and successes to all project stakeholders.
• Provide conversion, deployment, and post production support efforts that are required before, during and after all project implementations.
• The ability to drive large, critical and strategic CRM projects to completion along with the development of excellent relationships within all levels of the business and vendors are critical success factors in meeting the expectations of this position.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in the IT field with significant Advertising Solutions Business and Customer Relationship Management implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of large scale implementations is required and detailed working knowledge of CSS (Common Suites of Systems) is highly desired.
• Also required is a detailed understanding of application System Development Life Cycles and a very strong ability to gather and develop business/system requirements.
