Social Media Manager
Philadelphia TV Station seeks full-time Social Media Manager to serve as an active member of fast-paced, growing interactive team. The candidate with a strong marketing and social media background will coordinate daily content publication for the CBS Philadelphia radio and television social sites and act as liaison between the broadcast teams and their audience. This role coordinates with the internal content and marketing teams to support their respective mission, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network. This candidate will create clear benchmarks, track and review social media activity and work with multiple departments to increase engagement, while helping monetize assets. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the best practices of Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Foursquare and other sites, as demonstrated by his or her active social media profiles and understand the new and changing marketing techniques utilized by these social sites. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the digital content and marketing teams and the Local Social Media Strategy Manager.
