We are looking for an expert in Social Media Gaming! The Social Gaming Marketing professional will hit the ground running and be responsible for helping us put our new product on the map! You will understands social media gaming, game advertising, monetization through Facebook and have past experience monetizing vitural goods. The Social Gaming Marketing Manager should be familiar with social media revenue models and have relationships with ad agencies.
This is a new product launch for us, so we need someone who is an expert with launching Social Media Games on the internet, someone passionate about building new hot social games and someone who has past success with SEO, SEM, user aquitition and web analytics behind a product.
This is a broad and hands-on role, requiring an excellent background in direct response online marketing, social media, gaming, web funnel optimization, a data and metrics driven approach, and proven leadership ability. As a key member of the team you will be working with the talented individuals on our product & engineering teams reporting to the VP of Products and Technology.
We are a dynamic team driven by the passion to deliver the world’s best social games.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage SEM, display marketing (direct response driven and behavioral targeted display), and affiliate marketing programs to support our new social games. Drive contribution of revenues from these programs and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Create a road map for Social media gaming, game advertising, monetization through Facebook. And monetizing of vitural goods. - Define social media revenue model and have relationships with ad agencies. - Help with the product launch, user awareness, drive an audience, implement metrics & retention tools.
Requirements for this position: - A passion for the games and social networks - 4 to 7+ years of experience in online/direct marketing, web analytics, monetization through Facebook, with a focus on social media and gaming. - Expert knowledge in SEM, display, affiliate marketing and monetizing virtural goods. - Drive strategy and program around player focused metrics - Experience with metrics driven-decision making - Strong analytical skills and with a passion for data and attention to detail - Manage performance based online customer acquisition programs including CPM/CPC/CPA based display advertising and paid search campaigns, well as revenue-share based affiliate programs - Experience managing social networking products through the complete development life cycle - Detail oriented with strong project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the strong interpersonal skills to work successfully -Understanding of core online and social gaming dynamics - Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Analytics or Software related discipline; Master`s degree preferred Undergraduate degree from leading academic institution required (technical background – Computer science, engineering dual-major / minor a plus)Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shifting with short turn-around deadlines
