SummaryThe Shopper Marketing Manager, creates and executes innovative and breakthrough brand and business-building programs at Accountabilities1. Translate key Pepsi North America Beverages (PNAB) platforms into "retail media" via Shopper Marketing programmingDevelop differentiated customer programming grounded in brand, consumer, shopper and retailer insightsDeliver breakthrough creative that builds brand equity at retail2. Act as primary conduit between Customer and PNAB Marketing teamsAlign PepsiCo Customer Teams and Brand Teams on customer relevant programs & strategiesLead cross-divisional alignment on Power Of One events (if needed)Establish clear accountability for funding of each event3. Actively promote superior execution at retailFully support Shopper Marketing strategy development and program sell-in with customer and retail execution partnersOptimize promotional vehicles that meet account and event specific requirementsPromote/develop new ways to activate at retail4. Lead Post Program Analysis on key retailer programs, identifying wins and opportunities to maximize future program results5. Manage Shopper Marketing budgetComplete and maintain all budget trackersProcess all invoices via SAPReport any significant discrepancies to Plan for period-end meetings
