Senior Product Manager
Oversees the strategic product management of our International Treasury Management product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs. Includes defining and developing new product features, escalation point for quality issues, updating sales collateral, responding to sales inquiries, management reporting on product revenue. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives, which includes the development of well-founded business cases incorporating customer, industry and business line input and defining detailed business requirements. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements. Make strategic decisions that will drive revenue and position us for the future, including participating in customer meetings with sales, providing internal training, increasing awareness of our capabilities both internally and externally.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to six years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent banking or cash management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills - Strong product management, design and development skills - Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis - Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills - Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
