Senior Marketing Officer - Equifax Personal Solutions
The Equifax Personal Solutions team produces credit and score-based monitoring products that provide consumers insight into how lenders view the consumer and how their creditworthiness impacts their lives.
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and directing the execution of a clearly defined marketing strategy in a manner that supports the overall Equifax Personal Solutions brand message. This individual will provide leadership for Equifaxs consumer marketing strategy (B2C) brand development, advertising, social media and public relations efforts in addition to overseeing external advertising agencies in order to develop, present and maintain a focused message to the consumer. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and lead innovative marketing strategies and plan to achieve and sustain the competitive advantage of Equifax Personal Solutions products emphasizing direct business to consumers. Collaborate with the sales and product management departments to identify strategic priorities and develop marketing plans for new and modified products that meet the strategic business objectives. Develop marketing communications strategies and assess their effectiveness. Develop the annual marketing plan and identify the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals Manage and work closely with Equifaxs advertising agencies to ensure clear integration of all marketing programs and initiatives Develop and manage a comprehensive public relations strategy and campaign Utilize social media to enhance the Equifax brand and messaging and generate sales Develop and manage of the annual marketing budget Utilize analytics to assess and optimize media spend levels, media mix, effectiveness of campaigns and channel optimization Minimum of 10 years proven success in a strategic B2C marketing leadership role Ability to gather, organize and analyze marketing data and develop key marketing initiatives in response to the findings. Proven success in developing & implementing broad marketing strategies specific to B2C. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change Results oriented leader with ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies including CRM and retention programs that build member loyalty Focus in digital marketing, including proven ability to drive customer engagement through all digital channels Experience in developing marketing strategy and managing across both on-line and off-line marketing channels Experience in successfully utilizating social media and emerging technologies to provide targeted communication with consumers Experience in developing content-oriented solutions for customers to drive engagement
Proven management skills, including developing and managing a high performing marketing team Proven understanding of consumer internet-based and subscription product offerings
