Senior IT Manager

Manages overall information technology function. Including but not limited to; system analysis, programming, telecommunications, and opertaions/support.
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Team manager responsible for software development of mobile workforce management applications.
Participate in strategic decision making relating to application deployment and integration with mobile hardware and software solutions.
Work closely with program managers for project development.
Sets group goals and determines performance against these goals.
Manages the operations of systems and processes to ensure low cost and efficient use of systems and personnel
Keeps abreast of technological inovations in the information technology industry.
Engages in typcial activities of managers including, hiring, performance issues, training, and mentoring staff
Directs the creation of reports necessary to determining the performance of the department.
Vendor relationship management and SLA monitoring for adherence

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and eight plus years of experience, three plus years of personnel management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
