Town Sports International (TSI) health club company is the largest in the Northeastern United States. TSI owns and operates the Sports Clubs Network of clubs, which includes New York Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. Since 1974, the Sports Clubs Network has since grown to include more than 135 health and fitness facilities in four major metropolitan areasNew York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphiawith membership totaling more than 350,000. There are also three locations in Switzerland: the Forum and the Joggeli Fitness Clubs in Basel and the Luxor Club in Zurich. Outbound Sales Agents contribute to TSIs success by producing new membership sales and generating incremental revenue through ancillary service sales to existing members. All sales will be generated over the telephone from TSIs main call center, located in Chalfont, PA. Outbound Sales Agents use lead lists provided to contact potential new members and conduct needs analyses and describe the applicable benefits of joining our clubs in order to complete the sale. Agents will also contact existing TSI members to offer select ancillary programs and services that could appeal to them based on their profile and behaviors. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, an energetic personality and a desire to meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Paid on the job training will be provided. As a successful Outbound Sales Agents you are rewarded with significant incentive-based earnings, on top of a competitive base salary plus a full benefits package, free club membership and a chance to have fun at work. Job Requirements 2-4 years prior sales experience conducting needs analysis and value selling Must be results oriented and have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Customer service, sales or marketing experience in a call center environment is highly preferred. Must possess a relatively high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey membership information. Ability to sell products to new customers and sell new or additional products to existing customers. Efficient and accurate membership entry using the companys computer system. Exceed or maintain minimum performance standards required. Demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations. Ability to work in a structured environment with a diverse workforce. Accountable for sales, call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedules. Answering customer inquiries regarding pricing, billing and product questions. Experience in the fitness/sports industry or personal training is a plus but is not required. Location: Chalfont, PA Compensation: Hourly rate + commission Principals only.
