CLOSE Email this job to friends From: To: Job View Job Number MIS9351 Job Title Sales Representative - Media Consultant Location Mississauga & GTA WEST Regions Mississauga, ON Description The People Bank, a Division of Design Group Staffing Inc, is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative within the media space. ?¢ Development of sales forecasts, which includes working with Accounting Department on prior years book of accounts, analyzing prospects and developing budgets and target sales plans; ?¢ Network in the industry for trends and identify possible alternatives for new product development with internal Business Development team; ?¢ Cold calling to prospective clients; ?¢ Track all calls in internal database to avoid duplication of staff ??s efforts and manage associated reporting function; ?¢ Inform current customers of inventory and product movement and performance via phone and e-mail and following up on any related issues; ?¢ Research of competition and understanding the functionality of all products, across the various sectors, evaluating client needs and preparing bundled options, as appropriate; ?¢ Manage the negotiation process for all new sales, via phone calls and emails; ?¢ Meet with prospective and current clients, as needed; ?¢ Enter all contracts into company database, and handle all sales related paperwork; ?¢ Facilitate distribution with internal Operations staff, ensuring all client priorities are taken into account; ?¢ Review fill charts generated by Operations for accuracy and print placement; ?¢ Review company generated publications and print for accuracy and count; ?¢ Review monthly inventory reports before being sent to clients; ?¢ Work with Accounting Department to ensure client is current on payments and follow up on issues associated with charge backs, reserves, and accruals; ?¢ Stay current on all economic and world issues that could impact sales; ?¢ Reporting; ?¢ Attend regular sales meetings with manager and other Media Consultants from the division; ?¢ Learn functionality of all new products as they are introduced; ?¢ Day to day account management, which includes which includes following up on any and all client concerns/issues to insure customer satisfaction.
