Sales: You will start by representing our line to your current accounts, and by creating a list of potential retail apparel/boutiques stores near your location. We will have to communicate and/or meet at least once a week. You will have to submit all you lead logs and provide us with updates on your potential accounts and submitting new orders to earn your pay. You will cover all sales functions in an assigned territory: forecasts, solicits and secures orders from potential and existing customers, provides customer service as required, and prepares periodic reports as required. Provides and searches for new business opportunities. Self motivated, experienced and energetic individual Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone. Maintains records, customer database and contacts for assigned territory Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel.) Submits monthly field report concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships. Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory. Provides a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Willingness to travel extensively by automobile and air. Current following or customer base in retail apparel market place helpful but not required. Experience as an independent sales representative within marketplace required. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense or urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized.
