You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve defined business objectives of the division. You will also be leading the initiatives to strengthen our market leadership position including identifying market opportunities, launching new products, channel management, pricing, etc. In addition, you will design and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase product and brand awareness. You are also responsible for managing the advertising and promotion funds, inventory and demand forecast accuracy. You will be responsible for achieving business and sales objectives by promoting and selling a range of 3M Commercial Graphics products. You are expected to identify new accounts and business opportunities for accelerated product penetration, build account intimacy, and generate sales leads.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing/Business2 -5 years' working experience in similar marketing/sales related capacityHighly-driven and motivated with strong marketing background in leading companyProven track records of creating and executing successful outstanding marketing ult-oriented and self-motivated with high energy level, initiative, drive and e worked in a fast-paced environment beforeExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsExperience in Signage and large format printing will be a ject Management skill will be a sess own vehicle.
