Essential Responsibilities: ? Manage, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Associates (MA?s) ? Lead sales tours, conduct follow-up and close prospects throughout the sales process ? Assist in organization/management of intern and consultant programs ? Contribute to and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge marketing campaigns and on-campus promotional events ? Utilize social media to increase exposure, gain brand awareness, create client loyalty, and more. ? Engage in overarching PR campaign to propel the product and develop key relationships throughout the market ? Establish innovative, creative methods for reaching university students ? Assist in the preparation of detailed annual marketing and leasing plan
Requirements:
Requirements ? Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required ? Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry is preferred ? Experience in a management role with a proven track record of achievements preferred ? Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills ? Strong internet, word processing and spreadsheet skills ? Must have excellent communication, management, and people skills ? A passion to serve the customer ? A strong desire to be innovative in the student housing industry
