We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager (President) in new business development and customer relationship cultivation. This includes inside sales activities, account follow-up, customer database management and providing administrative and operational sales support.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong verbal/written communication skills and an interest in technology. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and highly motivated.
Responsibilities:
Follow-up with current accounts on a regular basis to nurture relationships
Schedule meetings with customers and prospects for Sales team
Maintain all sales and marketing resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate
Coordinate logistics and registration of sales seminars and events, including confirming and tracking attendance and managing event follow-up and reporting
Create promotional materials, procure contact lists, develop email blasts, and track/manage marketing campaigns in CRM system
Provide the President with sales and marketing operational support
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role
Bachelor’s Degree is required in a technical or liberal arts discipline
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Word, and intermediate Excel skills.
Experience in working with a CRM system
Have a strong command of the English language
Must have excellent verbal/written and telephone communications skills
Must have a proven history of working on several projects simultaneously
Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a team
