Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record succeeding in sales, prospecting, closing over the telephone, meeting and exceeding quotas, driving new business and servicing customers. Prior experience with employment job sites such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Hotjobs, Jobcircle,and/or any e-commerce, B to B or recruiting experience is preferred background.

- Previous telephone, cold calling sales experience
- Strong closing skills
- Effective dealing with decision-makers

- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well independently and as part of the team
