Retail Bank DM Campaign Management Director 1-11046916Description The Retail Bank Campaign Management Director is a new role within the Retail Bank.  The individual in this position will have the opportunity to build a disciplined Retail Bank campaign management strategy from the ground up, using the newly developed Campaign Management utility, known internally as the Centralized Offer Palette (COPS).  The individual in this role will need to create partnerships with various teams within the business, including Product, Segment, Sales, Technology and Decision Management, to develop value added campaign management strategies aligned with business growth objectives.  

• Manage the end to end campaign management process for the Retail Bank, which will include developing and enhancing campaign management strategies.
• Coordinate campaign implementation schedule to ensure campaigns are loaded on time and appropriate contact management strategies are in place.
• Ensure all campaigns are approved by the business and are supported by financial justification (P&L).
•  Ensure campaign strategies are aligned to existing Retail Bank policies and pricing strategies, as well as, Regulatory policies.
• Work with the Retail Bank Product, Segment Leaders and Sales team to create and manage a variety of campaigns, including targeted list based campaigns and campaigns with trigger based offers. 
• Oversee response reporting for campaigns and communicate results to key partners and senior management.
• Partner with overseas analytical resources to build expanded reporting capabilities and develop statistically based targeting, prioritization and optimization models. 
• Work with Project Management Office and Technology teams to enable deployment of campaigns to all customer touch-points (eEmail, Text Message, Mobile, etc.)
• Work closely with Offer Fulfillment team to ensure appropriate actions are taken to provide rewards to customers. 
• Develop comprehensive analyses to provide guidance on targeting and contact management strategies.
• Direct team to perform ad-hoc analysis on Retail Bank portfolio as necessary.

• Bachelors Degree/MBA Preferred
• 10+ years related experience
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess very strong communication and analytical skills
• Prior experience with Campaign Management tools and/or Decision Engines is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of database structures.  Knowledge of SAS programming preferred, familiarization with SQL, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access a plus
