Responsible for all administration, operations, and repair and installation in a specific region. Including, but not limited to profitability, customer service/satisfaction, recruiting, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five plus years related experience, 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
