The RCIM is the regional lead for marketing/analytics with the assigned client(s). Additionally, serve as indirect supervisor of assigned client’s customer team CDM’s within the region.
Responsibilities:
Regional Client Insight Manager is the primary point of contact, within marketing, regionally for a client(s) within the category/categories assigned. The RCIM is to continiously be in contact with the NCIM & assigned client(s) with the ultimate goal of delivery increased client value.
Will work closely with NCIM to engage with client(s) at all levels of leadership to provide all necessary support in the areas of information reporting, analytics, shopper insight and other related marketing services offered by Acosta.
Engage with client(s) to fully understand their needs and requirements and to devise a solution proposal which would meet client(s) expectation. This role needs to represent the best Acosta Marketing Services have to offer and also support the NCIM in being the voice of the client to Acosta to assure their needs will be met.
Partner with NCIM and Senior Management to establish Analytic Process to create account specific MBO’s, communication to markets, scorecard execution, and refine priorities. Continually seeking to add more services for Analytics and Space Technology by developing productive working relationships with cross functional groups within Client.
Provide Proactive, Diagnostic, Insightful and Prescriptive fact based analysis and recommendations around specific client business issues surrounding, but not limited to, the 4 P’s of Marketing.
Create and present impactful, insight driven analytical consulting based on client business strategies and/or issues to key Acosta team members and client partners on ongoing basis. Presentations will require the use and dissemination of category, consumer and shopper insights data.
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 3 years marketing experience in the CPG industry are required.
Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
Must be willing to travel if necessary.
Must have strong computer skills utilizing a variety of PC software packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a working knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, and copy machine.
