The Project Manager is responsible for delivering a wide range of projects involving LTR, Events, and Retail on time, on budget, on brief and at a high level of quality. From trade show booths to event posters and flyers, the Project Manager is responsible for managing work through all facets of the creative process, from brief through delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
On time, on budget, on brief execution of a variety of print projects for LTR, Events, and Retail Manage projects through all facets of the creative process Develop detailed schedules and goals to ensure that all timelines and objectives are met Contribute to yearly and quarterly project planning initiatives Lead project communication, both internally and externally Develop and maintain positive relationships with a network of vendors capable of meeting the variable needs of the department Negotiate and manage project costs with vendors and contract labor Some travel is required
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years experience with client services, project management, print production and vendor management. Ability to manage multiple competing demands and a fast-paced environment. Solid Excel skills required and experience with Adobe CS and Project Management software is a big plus. This position requires extremely strong organizational skills.
