Project Management Specialist 3
Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008). Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers. May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you meet the criteria described in the 'Typical Education/Experience' section of this requisition?
Do you have a minimum of 3 years work experience using features of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel to develop and manage schedules?
Do you have at least 3 years experience managing projects, working with multiple teams and functions (internal customers, suppliers, etc.)?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is in support of measurement and test equipment processes. Successful candidate will be directly responsible for overall project and portfolio management of multiple sustaining and improvement processes and will be responsible for gathering data, developing and delivering communication plans, coordinating and resolving communication issues between all stakeholders, prioritizing projects and identifying support gaps of the team. Relate to and communicate with all impacted communities and be capable of providing clear and concise visibility of project status to all parties involved.
