Our Boston client has a long term contract opportunity for a person to direct the work of Lean Masters and Lean Facilitators. This person will support the adoption of project methodology, tools, metrics, best practices and quality controls. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Facilitates the end-to-end selection, initiation, planning, execution, and efficiency gains of GMT Lean Process Improvement initiatives • Oversees the overall Lean portfolio: Schedule, Budget and Benefits Realization • Anticipates and sets direction for the resolution of problems and works across the organization for consensus • Jointly with the initiative sponsors, serves as an escalation point • Determines synergies between initiatives and promotes collaboration of teams to maximize results • Manages overall Lean program reporting requirements and metrics measurement \ • Serves as the Single Point of Contact to the corporate IT Lean Management Office • Represents GMT on Lean Tollgates and ensures GMT initiatives are well prepared to meet tollgate requirements • Promotes development and implementation of lean methodology, tools, best practices and controls to improve process and overall quality of service • Ensures the cultural transformation of the organization through training, information sessions, change management practices and communication Minimum Job Specifications: - Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred - 10+ years of project/program management and financial services experience
