Responsibilities include: interpretation of project plans and specifications, product application, product configuration, technical support, proposal preparation, interface with product line management, review of project terms and conditions and pricing authority. Major emphasis of managing to price bands as determined share and price guidelines. The incumbent will work closely with the sales force to facilitate order entry, , customers and/or field sales support functions required to properly obtain rapid and profitable market share growth in the assigned region. Relationship-building with Eaton's Electrical Group field sales people, , key customers, sales managers, product line managers, product engineers, EESS, and consultants is critical. The Product Sales Engineer must understand and drive the value of packaging of multiple products to enhance the value of Eaton power distribution products and services to our customers. Must work closely with sales management to ensure alignment and support of project sales volume objectives. The candidate must possess expert knowledge of large project construction selling, Turn-Key projects, Eaton capabilities, market channels, technical application, and a high level of proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques. Must exhibit a strong ability to provide a leadership role within the department and in the field. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, outstanding teaming skills, and a strong desire to succeed. Engineering Bachelor Degree required with more than 5 years of relevant experience. Problem solving and solution focused skills are essential to this position. Provide technical support and guidance to co-workers (e.g. marketing and sales personnel). Ability to work under pressure and set priorities. Ability to keep his team motivated

Electrical Power Distribution product knowledge (Has a command of advantages, features and disadvantages of our products and our competitor's products enabling us to offer the most effective solutions and/or applications) Presentation and training skills Time Management Skills Knowledge of the competition. The successful candidate must possess a good understanding of selling techniques and Eaton's capabilities, market channels, and technical applications of EE products. BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering 5 years or more project, or engineering experience, preferably with a Assemblies equipment manufacturer. Work environment requires this person to be motivated and a self-starter. Competitive Knowledge (Has in-depth market/industry knowledge) Electrical installation methods, practices, NR10 Must have good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Must be familiar with Eaton products and their applications. Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers. Previous experience with Turn Key projects, involving Assemblies, Transformers, Batteries and Chargers, Field Installation, Field Engineering Service Full understanding of the International Standards (IEC) as well ANSI/NEMA
