Product Marketing Manager, EnCase; Enterprise

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The EnCase® Enterprise Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the commercial success of the Enterprise product line.  The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for the solution, creating and driving marketing plans, product positioning, value proposition, and content to support market awareness, demand generation, pipeline development and sales enablement. This role works very closely with other Marketing functions to drive enterprise market success for our Enterprise solution. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop solution specific marketing plans in support of the go-to-market strategy
• Develop and maintain positioning statements for assigned products
• Act as subject matter expert for marketing programs and campaigns
• Work closely with corporate marketing, Marcom & creative services teams to develop internal/external communication plans (i.e. web, contributed articles, Press Releases, analyst briefings, etc.)
• Recommend marketing vehicles to include industry events, webinars, web & print advertising programs, online/eMarketing activities, etc.
• Conceptualize and develop product specific, persona driven presentations, demonstrations, case-studies, articles, and other “outbound” marketing materials
• Participate in customer interactions as required in support of business development and revenue objectives
• Make presentations and speak at events such as trade-shows, seminars and other customer-facing events
• Create comprehensive tools and content to support the worldwide Sales organization
• Conduct competitive analysis & briefing documents

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in the enterprise B2B software industry
• Excellent written, public presentation and communication skills

• Proven track-record of guiding and leading software products through best-practice product marketing processes such as those taught by Pragmatic Marketing® and The Chasm Institute or equivalent
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

• Outstanding work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented, innovative style

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in the electronic discovery and/or information security market with product marketing, product management or business development roles is strongly preferred
• MBA is desirable
• Familiarity with EnCase family of products is helpful
