Position Summary:
The U.S. Product Manager will develop and implement the U.S. Marketing Plan for Crystalens from tactical planning to full execution. This role also provides Sales support including product expertise and product updates. The Product Manager creates, produces and maintains all Crystalens Sales tools. The role also provides accurate demand and financial forecasting and manages promotional spending. In addition the Crystalens Product Manager provides product expertise and messaging guidance to customers and KOLs.
Specific Job Duties:
Develop and implement U.S. Marketing Plan for both the professional and patient audience
Create, develop and update all electronic sales tool
Provide product expertise support for field sales
Act as central communication point for product updates to field sales team
Maintain ongoing demand forecast with high degree of accuracy
Provide input to revenue forecast
Maintain and control promotional budget
Champion promotional materials through Legal & Regulatory approval process
Qualifications:
BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
At least 8+ years of related Sales and Marketing experience
