Hiring Manager Title Dealer/Retailer Support Manager

Job Description Provide exemplary service and support to Dealers, Retailers, Field Sales Personnel and Customers. Serve as a process expert providing Customer Service and support for Supply and Dealer /Retailer Administration.

Duties/Responsibilities Maintain detailed knowledge of sales programs, customer & sales support processes, supply processes and sales computer systems to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity. Position yourself as a partner and coach with your assigned field team.

Perform all activities in support of program administration to ensure high level of customer service, productivity and problem resolution . Serve as a Deferred Payment program expert, responding and resolving questions regarding program and processing questions.
Other examples of Program support may include, but are not limited to: TruChoice Online, CPP rebates, Growing Point/Market Point.

Account Support will include the following, but not limited to:
Settlement/Programs- Know, execute, and communicate fall/spring settlements and programs.
Account ID Maintenance- Request, communicate and complete requested Account ID maintenance.

Manage supply and provide supply support for an assigned area to ensure that customers have the right products, in the right places, at the right time. Includes: Order, Product Request, and other allocation entry and monitoring, working closely with assigned Supply Chain Coordinator & Area Manager/Account Managers, Communicating supply information at teleconferences and meetings, Supporting shipping goals, process and timelines.

Educational Qualifications Desired Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related degree.

Competencies and Experience Desired 2-3 years related experience in customer service, agriculture, bookkeeping, credit administration, etc.

Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of agriculture. Ability to learn the seed and crop protection business as it relates to the support of the Sales and customers
PC experience with basic skills in different software applications (Excel, Word, ACCESS, PowerPoint).
Experience with basic bookkeeping skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare standard business correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self directed/managed work environment.
Ability to communicate policies and procedures in a positive manner
Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunity and effectively communicate and implement change.
