Position: Principal Consultant
Location: Chicago or Detriot
Fulltime/Permanent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for CXO level interfacing with one of our larger CPG clients.
Person needs to have solid CPG credentials related to Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and / or Manufacturing
The person will be responsible for working with our onsite sales and delivery team to further our relationship with the client.
They will be responsible for interfacing with key decision makers within client to drive top-and-bottom line growth.
We expect the person to help position our firm as an overall strategic partner, especially in non-IT areas of supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing
The ideal candidate would have the following background:
- Minimum of 10 years of Consumer Products experience in the industry and/or as a consultant to the industry
- Experience in a Tier 1 or CPG-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner or Partner.
Person needs to have solid CPG credentials related to Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and / or Manufacturing - Ability to deliver high-level consulting projects at CxO level
- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting organization
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas – supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing

Key factors:
- Person will be a senior member of global CPG consulting team
